Promara
A rich and complex white wine from Aes Ambelis made from 100% Promara, an indigenous Cypriot variety. Offers a refreshing, balanced mix of fruity aromas and flavours such as white peach and melon, with wildflower notes and a pleasant aftertaste. Pairs well with green salads, fresh fish, pasta and Asian cuisine. Best served at 10–12°C.
