Sauvignon Blanc Fume
An oak-aged white wine from Aes Ambelis made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc Fumé. Full-bodied, with a rich aromatic profile of tropical fruit and pear balanced by flavours from oak ageing such as vanilla and toasted nuts. Pairs well with shellfish, smoked cheeses and white meat in creamy sauces. Best served chilled at 11°C.
