Nymphes
A light, fruit-forward red wine from Aes Ambelis made from 100% Maratheftiko, an indigenous Cypriot variety. Dominated by fresh red fruit aromas such as cherry and plum, with mellow spice notes. Enjoyable as an aperitif or paired with green salads, seafood and Asian cuisine. Best served at 8–10°C.
