Omiros
A full-bodied red wine from Aes Ambelis made from 100% Maratheftiko, an ancient Cypriot variety. Aromas of berries, black cherries and roses lead to a silky, spice-tinged palate balanced with red fruit, dried figs and walnuts, and a lingering finish. Best paired with game, red meat and Mediterranean food. Best served at 18°C.
