A small-batch Commandaria from Revecca Winery made entirely from Mavro Ampelisimo — an unconventional single-variety choice for the region. Carob, burnt sugar, ripe plum and dried fruit on the nose, with a warm and generous palate, lower acidity and gentle tannins: a fuller, more rustic, village-wine style of Commandaria. Bottled at 12% alcohol.
