Made from Shiraz, a sweet red with a rich colour and a complex bouquet of spices, green pepper, vanilla, and red dried fruits, with rounded tannins and a long aftertaste. Aged in French oak barrels for a year. Enjoy it with game, spicy food, fruit, or cheese.
