Rose
A rosé from Aes Ambelis blending Maratheftiko and Shiraz. A lively wine with a bright pink colour and an intense aromatic character dominated by wild roses and red fruit such as pomegranate and strawberry, with refreshing acidity and a lingering aromatic finish. A perfect match for pasta, mild cheeses and Asian cuisine, and very pleasant as an aperitif. Best served at 11°C.
