Tsiakkas Commandaria
PDO Commandaria, Cyprus’s ancient sweet wine, from 60+-year-old ungrafted vines. Handpicked grapes sun-dried 10 days, aged 5 years in French and American oak barrels, limited to ~2000 bottles. Intense citrus aromas, sweet bergamot, mature apricot and dried figs, nutty and toffee notes, balanced fruit, acid and sweetness. Pairs with nuts, hard and blue cheese, chocolate cake. Serve 12-14°C.
