A medium-to-full-bodied red blend from Aes Ambelis made from Maratheftiko, Shiraz and Grenache. Aromas of berries, black cherries and roses lead into a silky, spice-tinged palate with a long finish. Best paired with aged cheeses, cured meats and game. Best served at 18°C.
