A full-bodied red wine from Aes Ambelis made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. An intense, lasting bouquet reminiscent of green pepper, vanilla, mocha, smoke and dried nuts, with a vibrant colour, balanced structure and a long, refined toasty-oak finish. Ideal with red meat, game and rich sauces. Best served at 18°C.
