PDO Laona Akama; from a family-owned Kathikas vineyard at 700m altitude planted in 1965; delicate citrus and floral aromas, long aftertaste. Extended cold maceration, low-temperature fermentation, extended lees contact, brief oak ageing. Serve 8-10°C.
