A micro-batch Commandaria from Revecca Winery, blending roughly 50% Xynisteri and 50% Mavro, matured 4 years in old French oak. The wine resulted from whole-cluster pressing after a broken destemmer during harvest, which imparted distinctive tannins and phenolics. Firmly structured, with tannins framing layers of dried fruit, black tea, bitter caramel and warm spice, developing earthy undertones into a long, savoury finish. Residual sugar 198g/L, bottled at 13.5% alcohol.
