Dry 100% Xynisteri from Nelion’s lowest vineyard, at about 470 m, known for its floral bouquet. Half of the grapes are destemmed and pressed, with cold extraction to preserve aromatics; four months in acacia barrels. Notes of citrus, stone fruit, herbs, minerality and flowers.
