Dry 100% Xynisteri from Nelion’s highest vineyard, at 900 m, harvested in early October. Partly destemmed and gently pressed, with low-temperature extraction; 12 months in French oak and bottled 16 months after harvest. Citrus, stone fruit, flowers, minerality and a touch of oak.
