A brand-new winery (established 2024) in the Larnaca hinterland village of Skarinou, led by winemaker Kyriakos Papandreou with experience at two established Cypriot producers. It bottles indigenous monovarietals (Xynisteri, Morokanella, Maratheftiko rosé) and two blends, priced €14–23, and frames itself explicitly around bringing younger drinkers to traditional Cypriot varieties — currently producing 25,000 bottles/year with room to scale past 100,000.
