Xynisteri
A crisp white wine from Aes Ambelis made from Xynisteri grapes. Bright green-to-yellow in colour, with aromas of citrus blossom, pear and tropical fruit, balanced acidity and a lingering finish. Pairs well with green salads, fresh fish, white sauce pasta and Asian cuisine. Best served at 10°C.
