A micro-batch Commandaria from Revecca Winery’s first commercial harvest, blending roughly 50% Xynisteri and 50% Mavro, made with sun-dried grapes and minimal intervention, matured 8 years in oak. Roasted spice, spoon sweets, dried fruit and caramelised citrus, with a smooth, almost buttery texture lifted gently by volatile acidity, finishing long, steady and quietly persistent. Bottled at 13.5% alcohol; best served slightly chilled around 10°C.
